I was very impressed at how fast this software downloaded and there selections of games. They hade my favorite game, and it is not found in most casinos. The Rushmore Casino has very simple to use software that it does not really need a tutorial it is all self explanatory, and if at any time you do need help all you need to do is press th4e help button found on the gamming screen and a browser window opens up to a page that explains all the different controls and even has a set on instructions for the game you are currently playing. so even though they did not offer a video tutorial they do offer you good instructions.

The bonuses offered here are pretty much the industry standard they will match you dollar for dollar on your first deposit up to $400.
On your second deposit they split from the standard and offer a second bonus and will again match you dollar for dollar up to $488.
These are good deals and as far as I am concerned any free money is a great deal.

Customer Service:
I sent the same 3 questions to this casino that I have asked to the other casinos and so far this casino has taken the longest to reply, but szince the questions did not pertain to a problem logging on to the casino or anything that would stop me from gambling my questions were given a lower priority.
You may not see this as a positive, but it means that if you have a problem with the software or if you had a glitch or something while playing your request is given priority, and I still got my questions answered in about 26 hours from the time I sent them.
