I played some American Multihand video poker and at one point I was up almost 1000 dollars, but then I managed to blow most of it, but I am still ahead, so it's all good. There is no real tutorial except for the help page provided for each game. when you are in a game someplace on the screen you will see a menue with "Help" clearly marked. Pressing the button will open up a browser window with an indepth description of the rules and procedures for playing that game.

Customer Service:
Normally I send the same 3 questions to a casino and see how long their customer service department takes to get back to me, but I had a problem with this casino and my PC and I used the live chat help to resolve it. Seems I had a problem with my cookies so I was not logging off and when I tried to log back on it told me I was already logged in, but it took me about 10 seconds to get the chat up and in about 2 minutes I was logged back in and ready to rock.

The only special feature this casino really offers is great games and excellent customer service, other then that it's just some straight up casino games without all the bells and whistles.
