The casinos also place the tight machines near the doors to the outside and near the table games. the casinos do not want the high rollers to be disturbed by the bells a slot machine plays when someone wins, and if they had the good machines near the doors some people would come in and play but would never move further into the casino, and the casino wants to draw players into the table games because if the slot machines are the casinos bread and butter the table games are the steak of the casino.
